THE UPCYCLING PROJECT
It consist on converting waste and unwanted materials into new materials
and products of higher quality.

Unrated Line
100 mts woven = 1kg waste
2k loom / day
We produce 60.000mts/week = 600kg waste/week
We were wasting 29.400 kg waste / year
65.000mts of 100% Recycled fabric
During the history of company, we have wasted more than 700 tons of threads from the edges of the loom.
~ 90% marking output = 10% waste
For each 1.000 mts fabric used = 40kg waste
If you buy arround 200.000 mts / year = 8 tons of waste
